Can I ask for just one service?
Yes. You can hand us the whole project from start to finish, or ask us to take care of just the piece you're missing. We work in modules precisely so that you only get what you need.
What does the budget depend on?
On time, complexity and the specific skills we need to bring in. We don't have set price lists: every quote is worked out after we've looked closely at your needs.
Do you take on any project?
No. We only start working together if we share the same approach and are sure we can add value. It all begins with an introductory meeting: you get to see how we work, and we get to understand whether we're the right people to help you.
How many people will work on my project?
Simone and Federica are the fixed core: we lead the strategy and will always be your point of reference. Around us we put together a team tailored to your project, bringing in only the professionals it needs from our network (photographers, videomakers, developers, ads specialists).
Are you a traditional agency?
Not quite. Ours is a flexible, horizontal model. You get the expertise and reliability of over 20 years in the field, with the speed and cost efficiency of a lean structure.
What if I already have an in-house team or other suppliers?
No problem, we fit right in. If someone already runs your social media but you lack a strategy, or the other way round, we work alongside your in-house team or regular suppliers towards the same goals.
How long before I see the first results?
It depends on what we need to do. A visual identity or an event has clear, short-term deliverables. Building a community or a position online takes a few months. We share timelines and goals from the very first quote, with no empty promises.
Do you only work in Sardinia?
To quote our manifesto: “Ruta is the road. Utopia is the horizon to strive for.” We're based in Cagliari, but our projects take us wherever they're needed. We also run and coordinate campaigns and content in English and Spanish.
Do you also work with public bodies and institutional figures?
Yes. We have the experience and sensitivity needed to handle the protocols, languages and complex dynamics of institutional and political communication, working alongside public bodies and public figures. Find out more →

Yes, and it's one of our strengths. We've built long experience in the field, handling communication for sporting and cultural events, including international ones.
