How we work
Pre-production
Our work starts early. We study the programme and goals, define content formats, prepare graphic templates and agree on approvals. When the event begins, all that's left is execution.
The method
Clear roles and workflows, tested at dozens of events. Every professional knows what they produce, for which channel and by when. Nothing is improvised while the event is running.
The team
Photographers, videomakers, content creators, social media managers, journalists. We size the team to the event, choosing people who have already worked in that setting.
Timing
Live for what has to go out as it happens, near-live for anything that needs editing. Deadlines are agreed in advance and always met: it's the part of the service our reputation rests on.
